You can rename this version for easier access by Control-clicking the template name and choosing Rename. The edited template will show as a new version of the older template. Once you're happy with your changes, simply choose File > Save as Template, then choose the option to save the spreadsheet as a new template. You won't have to keep entering these details in the future if you put them in now. Put in your logo, remove the fields you don't need, add your own text such as your business details and standard information like payment terms, inclusions, and other country-specific requirements like if you’re making a US or UK invoice template.
